Pad. Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Pharmacy is located 30 kms. from Pune airport, 22 kms. from Pune railway station, near Mumbai Pune express highway. Since the institute is situated behind the Akurdi railway station it is well connected by local trains and Municipal Corporation bus services with the other parts of Pune city.

The college is functioning in the Dr. D. Y. Patil education complex, Akurdi which is spread over Thirty two acres of land with nine professional institutes functioning successfully. The college of Pharmacy is constructed on three acres of land with around one lakh square feet built up area equipped with ultramodern facilities, providing world class infrastructure and amenities to develop the Pharmacy professional.
